Cohen Global continues to capitalize active projects through sponsor and family equity alongside institutional bank financing — the model that has anchored every project in the firm’s twenty-five-year track record. On select transactions, the firm now opens targeted limited-partner co-investment alongside principal equity.

Waterfall structure, developer-fee economics, and projected returns are addressed in standalone deal materials on a project-by-project basis. The firm’s long-standing relationships with NYC community and commercial lenders continue to support construction draws, refinancings, and exits across the portfolio.
